Construction:

The estimated construction period is approximately one year. Construction is expected to commence in 2027, subject to the selected plot, contract and agreed construction schedule.

Land Lease:

The villa price does not include the land lease.

The land is leased directly from the landowner. The structure provides approximately one year for construction followed by a 30-year land lease. A replacement lease agreement may be signed earlier if both parties agree.

The applicable annual land lease is:
